After getting positive feedback from its MSP customers about its free MSP Studio online marketing and growth resources, Gradient MSP is now expanding the 10-month-old project by adding new MSP Studio+ fee-based service levels that offer deeper marketing assistance for busy MSPs.

MSP Studio, which was launched in January 2025, evolved out of the company’s earlier MSP Price Benchmarking tool that gave MSPs a free hub where they could get advice and expertise on improving their marketing, sales and growth.

With some 1,500 MSPs using MSP Studio actively so far, Gradient MSP was inspired to expand its marketing services after many of those MSP members asked for more help and even deeper capabilities, according to the company.

In response, two new higher levels of marketing services are now being offered, including MSP+,  which starts at $199 per month and provides broad, ready-to-use marketing  content resources, rebranding capabilities and automation tools to help MSPs post on social media web sites; and Prestige, which is $2,000 per month on top of the MSP Studio+ fee and includes personalized marketing-as-a-service production provided by Gradient MSP team members.

“This is the first time we have rolled out a tiered solution that allows MSPs to grow with us from free content to automation to full-service delivery,” Colin Knox, the CEO and co-founder of Gradient MSP, told ChannelE2E. “This positions Gradient as more than just a billing or operational software company. With MSP Studio, MSP Studio+, and Prestige, we are becoming a true growth partner for MSPs, helping them not only run their business more efficiently but also to generate demand and drive revenue.”

Knox said that for years this has been a critical gap in MSP marketing and that Gradient’s new services will deepen its relationship with partners and unlock new ways to support their long-term success.

Many MSPs are typically smaller companies with fewer than 10 employees and they do not have the time, expertise or qualified team members who can build and accelerate their own marketing efforts, causing these needs to go unfulfilled, he added. That is where Gradient’s expanded services can help.

Three Service Tiers Now Being Offered for MSP Studio

“MSP Studio+ is a paid subscription that expands on the free MSP Studio hub,” said Knox. “It gives MSPs access to a broader library of premium marketing assets like ads, lead magnets, landing pages, blogs, emails, social posts, graphics – plus social media platform integrations to schedule and publish social media content directly which includes automated rebranding of all the graphics on-the-fly. It is designed for speed and automation, saving MSPs time while keeping their marketing consistent.”

The new Prestige services is the top-level plan option for MSP Studio+, he added.

“Think of it as marketing-as-a-service,” said Knox. “With Prestige, Gradient’s own creative team builds and executes full content calendars for the MSP. That includes blogs, newsletters, social posts, lead magnets, and landing pages – all planned and delivered by us, so the MSP doesn’t have to lift a finger.”

These services are a natural evolution of MSP Studio and occurred based on direct feedback and requests by MSPs, he said. “We have seen MSPs love the content of MSP Studio, but many requested exclusive personalized content for them alone and asked, ‘Can you just do it for me?’ Prestige is the answer to that request.”

The free MSP Studio services will remain as a no-cost hub where MSPs can access quality marketing content that they can edit, rebrand, and manage themselves, said Knox. “It is a DIY resource designed to help MSPs get started with professional, ready-to-use marketing materials without having to build everything from scratch.”

The three different offerings give MSPs choices on the level of marketing support that they want to fit their businesses and goals, said Knox. “It is scalable. Whether an MSP wants to stay scrappy but fast and consistent with the tool that handles content, rebranding, and social publishing in a single solution – or hand the task off entirely, there is an option for them within the MSP Studio spectrum.”

A Potentially Helpful Marketing Option for MSPs: Analyst

Jessica C. Davis, principal analyst for MSPs with Omdia, told ChannelE2E that Gradient’s approach here is an intriguing service offering in the marketplace.

“MSP owners typically start their businesses because of their technical expertise, not their marketing skills,” said Davis. “For smaller or newer providers without dedicated staff, an offering like this could be a helpful way to access tools that support customer acquisition and business growth.”
