InterVision Acquires Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure Cloud Partner Infiniti Consulting Group

Cisco Systems partner InterVision, backed by private equity funding, has acquired Infiniti Consulting Group -- an Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud consulting partner with a  history of working within the public sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Infiniti’s clientele has included California Community Colleges System, the California State University System, and California Secretary of State.

By contrast, InterVision has concentrated mostly on commercial customer base, meaning there will be little cross-over between practices.

“InterVision has built a robust portfolio of clients for its infrastructure solutions, managed services and professional services that complements our cloud services practice and public sector client base,” said Scott Drossos, president of Infiniti. “The combination of InterVision impressive Managed Service Provider practice, sales coverage and engineers with the Infiniti team of cloud architects and technical specialists brings greater value to both Infiniti and InterVision. We are truly excited about scaling Infiniti’s cloud services business to reach new clients, geographies and industries.”

Infiniti has been operating for 15 years. Its 80-person team will join InterVision’s existing 260 employees spread throughout offices in San Francisco, Denver, Santa Clara, El Segundo, St. Louis and Bellevue, Washington.

  • Cloud Storage: Includes primary storage, back-up storage, archival storage, or business continuity, and disaster recovery storage
  • Cloud Security: Solutions to optimize availability with security, access control privacy, and segregation
  • Cloud SysOps: Plan, design, build and monitor workloads on AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Cloud Monitoring Support: Monitoring, alerts and escalation support, and ongoing cloud architecture enhancements
