Cisco Systems partner InterVision, backed by private equity funding, has acquired Infiniti Consulting Group -- an Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure cloud consulting partner with a history of working within the public sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.Infiniti President Scott DrossosInfiniti’s clientele has included California Community Colleges System, the California State University System, and California Secretary of State.By contrast, InterVision has concentrated mostly on commercial customer base, meaning there will be little cross-over between practices.

ITG serves clients locally to internationally, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies across a broad variety of vertical markets, InterVision indicated at the time.
June 2017: InterVision merged with Netelligent Corp., a provider of Hybrid IT solutions.
