SuperOps has introduced an agentic AI marketplace built for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams, in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Entering beta in September, the platform gives MSPs access to ready-to-use AI agents while enabling developers to publish and monetize their own. The focus is on practical, deployable solutions for common IT workflows like ticket triage, alert remediation, and onboarding - areas where many providers still rely heavily on manual processes.
Moving Beyond AI Experiments
According to
Arvind Parthiban, CEO and Co-founder of SuperOps, the marketplace is designed to help MSPs break past the cycle of experimentation.
He told ChannelE2E, “MSPs today are eager to explore AI, but too often it stops at experimentation. The Agentic AI Marketplace changes that. It’s not just a playground - it’s a launchpad. Here, MSPs and developers can build, test, and deploy AI agents that directly impact the bottom line. Think beyond ‘trying it out’ - this is about creating agents that generate new revenue streams, cut inefficiencies, and deliver measurable business results. And let’s be honest - no one says no to more money and better margins.”
To encourage adoption and innovation, SuperOps is backing the launch with two community-driven initiatives. The Agentic AI Community will serve as a collaboration hub for MSPs, IT leaders, and developers to share ideas, access resources, and explore AI capabilities together. The SuperHack Hackathon, powered by AWS, will invite global developers to build agents for real-world IT use cases, with winning entries featured in the marketplace and a combined prize pool of $100,000.
Built for MSPs, Not Just Another Marketplace
Parthiban said the differentiation lies in building something purpose-built for MSPs, rather than another broad AI catalog. “Most marketplaces are broad and generic. The Agentic AI Marketplace is purpose-built for MSPs and IT teams, and that makes all the difference. It’s more than a catalog of tools; it’s a community-powered innovation hub where real pain points are openly discussed, and real solutions are built."
MSPs and developers can co-create AI agents directly on the SuperOps platform, collaborate with a thriving developer community, and turn ideas into deployable, revenue-driving agents. "The opportunities are truly multifaceted - problem and solutions live in the same space. And we don’t stop there. SuperOps will identify the most impactful ideas and bring them to life, ensuring MSPs and IT teams get agents that truly move the needle. This isn’t just another marketplace - it’s built by MSPs, for MSPs, and designed to transform how the industry works," emphasized Parthiban.
With AWS providing the underlying framework and infrastructure, the marketplace is positioned to deliver the scalability and performance needed to serve a global audience.
The partnership also enables SuperOps to operationalize AI agents at scale, helping MSPs and IT teams integrate autonomous capabilities into daily operations without starting from scratch. For an industry still looking for ways to turn AI enthusiasm into measurable results, the path from concept to impact may be about to get shorter.
