ServiceNow and NTT DATA are expanding their partnership to help enterprises use AI more effectively. The collaboration focuses on using the ServiceNow AI Platform to automate work, improve productivity, and simplify operations for customers around the world.
As part of the agreement, ServiceNow has named NTT DATA a strategic AI delivery partner. NTT DATA will also increase its own use of the ServiceNow AI Platform, including AI Agents and Global Business Services, to improve how it serves clients and manages operations across regions.
Scaling AI Deployment and Delivery
The expanded collaboration extends beyond co-selling and delivery. Both companies will co-develop new AI-driven solutions that bring together ServiceNow’s agentic AI capabilities with NTT DATA’s industry expertise and global delivery scale.
Sandip Gupta, Head of Global Strategic Alliances at NTT DATA, told ChannelE2E that the partnership is focused on joint offerings that help mid- to large enterprises deploy AI-powered automation at scale. “This will deepen existing expertise and add real-world experience to help clients accelerate their transformation,” he said.
Gupta added that benefits to the broader ecosystem of partners are also implicit.
“As NTT DATA and ServiceNow expand their expertise and leverage AI to enhance operations, it ultimately accelerates broader market adoption and new opportunities across the ecosystem.” The companies aim to make AI adoption more practical and sustainable by sharing best practices and insights gained from large-scale deployments.

Beyond customer-facing solutions, NTT DATA will use the ServiceNow AI Platform across its own operations. Gupta explained that this firsthand experience will strengthen NTT DATA’s ability to guide partners and clients through similar transformations. “Our immediate focus is on increasing efficiency within our own operations and using those insights to help clients accelerate their AI deployments and outcomes,” he said.
