Financial terms were not disclosed.The Computing Center CEO Mary Stazi will run the combined businesses. Sherpa President Brian Oursler is retiring after 26 years leading that company, and nearly four decades in the IT industry.The Computing Center is retaining all of Sherpa’s sales and technical staff, lifting combined headcount to 22 employees. Over 95 percent of the companies' customers are in Ithaca -- a New York destination that's well-known for its local colleges and culture.
