Cognigy-TeKnowledge Partnership Targets Scalable Agentic AI Deployment

Most companies don’t lack AI ambition, but the real struggle is with execution. Agentic AI can transform customer service with goal-driven, autonomous interactions, but scaling it takes more than just a platform. It requires real expertise, tested frameworks, and full-cycle support.

That’s where Cognigy’s partnership with TeKnowledge comes in. The two companies are partnering to enable enterprises deploy agentic AI solutions that actually work across voice and digital channels, without getting lost in long, fragmented implementation cycles.

"The partnership between Cognigy and TeKnowledge simplifies and accelerates the transition from basic chatbots to advanced agentic AI,” Hardy Myers, SVP of Global Partnerships at Cognigy told ChannelE2E. "Cognigy provides the enterprise-grade technology platform, while TeKnowledge offers a global team of over 6,000 experts who specialize in AI-first technology services. Together, they offer end-to-end support including strategy, deployment, and optimization.”

The collaboration is designed to move fast and reduce friction. Prebuilt use cases and implementation frameworks help shorten time to value. Conversations become more context-aware. And Tier-1 inquiries get deflected, freeing up agents to focus on higher-value tasks.

"TeKnowledge plays a critical role in bringing Cognigy’s platform to life within real enterprise environments,” Myers said. “Their AI-first expert technology services include advisory, professional services, cybersecurity, customer experience, skilling, and managed services. This allows enterprises to fully integrate Cognigy’s technology into their operations while remaining compliant with industry-specific regulations.”

This isn’t just a plug-and-play solution. The partnership supports the full journey - from AI strategy to deployment and optimization - with an emphasis on trust, explainability, and collaboration between AI and human agents.

“Cognigy and TeKnowledge approach autonomy in AI with a strong focus on trust, control, and collaboration,” Myers said. “Our platform supports explainability and human-in-the-loop capabilities, allowing AI agents to manage repetitive inquiries while seamlessly handing off more complex or sensitive issues to human agents, who are then further assisted by AI copilot agents.”

The move also creates new possibilities for system integrators, MSPs, and go-to-market partners.

"As a Cognigy global certified delivery partner, TeKnowledge will provide a full set of Cognigy implementation capabilities to GTM partners who choose to refer customers to Cognigy,” said Myers.

"Cognigy and TeKnowledge are lowering the barrier to entry for AI adoption,” he added. "System integrators and managed service providers can use prebuilt frameworks and reusable assets to deliver AI solutions more efficiently. TeKnowledge can serve as an extension of the partner’s team, providing technical expertise, deployment support, and ongoing services.”
