Today’s Technology and MSP Partner Program News

  1. Syncro partnership adds email security: Unified PSA and RMM platform provider Syncro is partnering with Proofpoint to offer MSPs a comprehensive email security suite. The collaboratin will enable Syncro MSP partners to offer Proofpoint’s email security and security awareness training solutions.
  2. Liongard gets new top boss: Liongard has named Michelle Accardi as its new CEO, effective April 17. Liongard is a software-as-a-service platform that helps managed service providers (MSPs) mitigate cybersecurity risk and enable compliance. Accardi most recently served as CEO of Logically, a cybersecurity-focused MSP. Accardi succeeds Liongard co-founder  Joe Alapat, who will transition to CTO. 
  3. New execs at MDR provider: Managed detection and response (MDR) provider Critical Start has appointed Sean Goldstein as chief marketing officer and promoted Chris Carlson as chief product officer. In their new roles, Godstein and Carlson will work on product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
  4. Splunk promotes exec: Cybersecurity and observability company Splunk has appointed Toni Pavlovich as chief customer officer. She will report to Gary Steele, Splunk president and CEO. Pavlovich joined Splunk in 2017 and most recently led its global professional services organization. 
  5. SAP honors partners: ERP giant SAP has announced the winners of its 2023 Pinnacle Awards, honoring the company’s top partners in many different categories. A few notable awards include Seidor, honored for its sales success in the small enterprise category and msg global, honored for its partners application in the industry cloud.
