SRA launches free agentic AI platform to automate security work

Security Risk Advisors (SRA) has announced the launch of SCALR AI, a new free platform delivered by Amazon Marketplace and designed to automate security tasks. According to a report by HackRead, SCALR AI aims to assist security teams by providing an agentive workbench with built-in AI-driven quality review for incident triage and enrichment.

SCALR AI is offered with no license fee and can be deployed within a customer's own Azure tenant, ensuring data privacy. The platform allows security teams to build and configure multi-agent workflows for tasks such as threat hunting, vulnerability management, and phishing analysis, reducing the need for manual workflow creation. It provides cost visibility for each workflow, agent, and model, and supports existing LLMs used by security teams. Customers only incur Azure compute costs, which are expected to be lower than other AI security platforms due to efficient model selection. SRA CEO Tim Wainwright stated that SCALR AI was developed to help security teams navigate the growing number of AI security platforms available, offering a free, capable alternative. The platform operates using specialized agents that function as digital workers, responding to events rather than requiring manual prompts, which SRA believes offers more consistent and reliable results than traditional chatbots.
