global partner program to help solution providers, resellers, and consulting firms move beyond traditional integration projects and into high-value services like automation and agentic AI. With a redesigned enablement framework and new Jitterbit University curricula, the program provides a clear path for partners to build, deliver, and scale intelligent automation without having to overhaul their existing business models.

The expanded partner program supports solution providers in addressing new enterprise challenges through layered automation and low-code development. Built around
Jitterbit’s Harmony platform, it enables partners to integrate disparate systems, streamline operations, and introduce AI agents into customer environments.
This evolution aligns with enterprise expectations for fast, tangible results from AI projects. According to a recent Jitterbit survey, nearly 70% of enterprises in the US and UK are not yet equipped to deploy agentic AI, highlighting the scale of opportunity for partners ready to move up the value chain.

These benefits are designed to reduce time to value while equipping partners with the tools to drive deeper customer conversations around modernization, automation, and AI-readiness.
Training to Monetize AI Skills, Not Just Learn Them
Jitterbit University, expanded alongside the partner program, includes dedicated partner training paths, certifications, and ongoing support. The goal isn’t just to educate partners but to help them monetize skills quickly in real-world engagements.

Creating a Marketplace for Enterprise AI Agents
Partners can also design or source AI agents using Jitterbit Harmony’s modular architecture. These agents can help enterprise customers offload repetitive processes, unify workflows, and apply intelligent logic across business systems.
Rather than relying on inflexible third-party solutions, Jitterbit is enabling partners to build and customize AI agents aligned with customer needs. Soon, partners will also be able to source certified agents directly from the
Jitterbit Marketplace, giving them new ways to package and deliver value quickly.
