IT Solutions Provider Merger Forms Evaris

King of Servers, a UK-based server, storage, and networking specialist, has acquired Think4 IT Solutions, a managed services provider (MSP). The combined businesses, with about £10 million (US$12.7 million) in combined sales, will now be known as Evaris. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Evaris is a value-added reseller (VAR) and technology provider with MSP expertise. Key partners include Microsoft and Dell EMC. Evaris, based in Manchester, England, will deliver business transformation to firms of all sizes in the North West and nationally, by offering extensive managed IT support alongside a full suite of IT solutions, the company says.

Key services include cloud and managed services, disaster recovery, procurement, data center infrastructure, networking, security, and support through on-prem, cloud, hybrid services, Evaris said.

Explaining the deal and the long-term strategy, Evaris CEO Mike Cohen said:

“The acquisition is a key strategic step to ensure customers continue to benefit from the excellent knowledge and service already offered by King of Servers and the extensive skillset that Think4 has in the managed services market."
