Unified cloud communications vendor GoTo has unveiled a new LogMeIn Partner Network to directly provide sales support, incentives, and training for its products and services to MSPs, VARs, GSIs, and other resellers. The nascent partner program is designed to target MSPs, VARs, and other IT business partners that work with GoTo's LogMeIn family of products, the company said in a March 17 announcement. The program will be separate from the company’s existing GoTo Partner Program, which serves GoTo's Unified Communications and Contact Center (UCC) partners.Under the new LogMeIn Partner Network banner, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), and other resellers will gain access to dedicated product, technical, and marketing resources, as well as support from partner managers, solutions consultants, and partner success teams. These resources are intended to help resolve customer issues, provide product training, certifications, and onboarding, and enable co-marketing opportunities through joint campaigns, marketing funds, and lead generation programs aimed at boosting sales, services, and revenue. In addition, the program includes tiered incentives and recognition programs available to partners based on their sales of LogMeIn products.More details about the new partner program will be announced later in 2026, according to the company.Steve Shattuck, vice president of global partner ecosystems for GoTo, told ChannelE2E that the new program was created because MSPs, VARs, GSIs, and other traditional channel partners were not directly receiving the sales support and training they needed through the company’s existing GoTo Partner Program."GoTo realized that one program did not fit all types of partners," said Shattuck. "We felt that we were not able to fully meet the needs of our LogMeIn business partner community with the structure and support offered in the existing GoTo Partner Program, so we designed the new LogMeIn Partner Network not just to meet those needs but to help our IT partners accelerate their growth and compete in an increasingly competitive market."The two partner programs will now exist side by side to provide more tailored support for the unique needs of each partner community, said Shattuck, who joined GoTo in 2025."We recognized the growing demand for deeper enablement, support, and commercial flexibility, which made this a natural next step," Shattuck said of the new LogMeIn Partner Network. "The current partner ecosystem is incredibly crowded, but partners of all types seek programs that stand out through unique benefits and a tailored approach to meeting customer demands."LogMeIn is responding to this ecosystem pressure by providing partners with the products, support, training, and marketing opportunities they need to retain existing customers and win new business, said Shattuck."At the same time, it enables us to scale our capabilities through our partner ecosystem, expanding market reach, enriching solution offerings, and delivering greater value to both partners and their customers as the program rolls out and grows in the coming months," he said.Boston-based GoTo offers a wide range of AI-enabled products for small- to medium-sized businesses as well as enterprises, including LogMeIn Resolve, a unified endpoint management platform for MSPs and IT departments; LogMeIn Rescue, a remote support and zero-trust IT security platform; and unified business telephone, customer experience, and contact center communications platforms.
