DXC Technology: Mergers and Acquisitions
DXC has been strengthening its portfolio for some time, acquiring IT consulting firms within such partner ecosystems as Microsoft, ServiceNow and Salesforce. Example deals ChannelE2E has tracked:- January 2019: DXC Technology acquired the service business of EG A/S, which focused mainly on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with some additional SAP and Infor M3 expertise
- January 2019: DXC Technology acquiring digital consulting firm Luxoft for roughly $2 billion.
- November 2018: DXC acquired two ServiceNow partners — including TESM and BusinessNow.
- September 2018: DXC acquired System Partners, an Australia-based Salesforce cloud consulting and integration partner.
- October 2017: DXC acquired Logicalis SMC, another ServiceNow partner.
