DXC Acquires Two ServiceNow Partners

DXC Technology is doubling down on its ServiceNow practice with the acquisition of two leading ServiceNow partners.

The first acquisition comes from the UK, where the company has bought TESM, a global end-to-end ServiceNow partner. TESM, founded in 2013, counts four of the top 20 global banks among its client base and boasts a team of more than 200 ServiceNow experts with 88 certifications. The company is headquartered in London with satellite offices in New York, Dublin, Holland, Sydney, and Frankfurt.

DXC also acquired BusinessNow, the largest independent ServiceNow partner in the Nordics. BusinessNow launched in 2014 and has since become the fastest growing dedicated ServiceNow Gold Services Partner in the region, the company asserts. BusinessNow employees hold 98 different certifications and support a client base of more-than 100 in Europe.

DXC — which is a combination of the former Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) and the Enterprise Services business unit of HP Enterprise – has made several strategic tuck-in acquisitions. In October, DXC acquired Logicalis SMC as an initial ServiceNow play.

A Hot Commodity

Of course, DXC isn’t the only firm making a ServiceNow move. In October, Champion Solutions Group acquired systemiC, a consulting and development company focused on IT service management (ITSM) platforms like ServiceNow. And in April 2017, Computacenter bought TeamUltra, a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner. Earlier, Accenture bought Solid Servision in January 2017.

For its part, ServiceNow is ramping up to train more third-party consultants to support the company’s IT service management platform.
