DXC Technology is acquiring the service business of EG A/S, which focuses mainly on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with some additional SAP and Infor M3 expertise. The acquired business will tuck into the DXC Eclipse unit. Financial terms were not disclosed.

EG’s service business, based in Copenhagen, Denmark, has roughly 570 employees across the Nordic region, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Poland, DXC indicated. EG’s ERP and CRM focus includes roughly 4,000 mid-market and enterprise customers.
By contrast, DXC’s Eclipse business is a Microsoft Gold Partner delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, business process, analytics, and collaboration solutions. The division, which has assisted roughly 1,700 customers, has extensive reach across the Pacific (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji) and in North America (U.S. and Canada).
Describing the deal, DXC CEO Mike Lawrie said:
