Myriad360 Buys Advizex to Build AI Infrastructure Platform

Myriad360 has acquired Advizex, creating a combined organization with more than $900 million in annual run-rate revenue and a broader services footprint across infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, and managed services. The transaction brings together two solution providers with complementary strengths at a time when enterprises are investing in AI-ready environments that require coordinated work across compute, data platforms, integration and long-term operations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The combined portfolio is designed to cover the full AI lifecycle. That includes building accelerated infrastructure, modernizing data platforms, integrating AI and machine learning tools into production environments and providing ongoing managed support. Myriad360’s focus on networking, cybersecurity and data-center deployment fills out Advizex’s hybrid infrastructure, data engineering and managed services practice, while Advizex adds established enterprise accounts and delivery presence in regions where Myriad360 has had limited reach.

Both companies said customer engagement models and account ownership will remain unchanged through 2026 as the integration plan develops. Advizex will continue to operate under its existing name in the near term. The approach signals a phased integration that prioritizes revenue continuity, services alignment and cross-portfolio selling rather than immediate structural consolidation.

The deal reflects a broader shift in the solution provider market toward scaled platforms that can deliver infrastructure, data and AI as a single program rather than a series of projects. With a larger managed services base and expanded technical bench, the combined company is positioned to pursue longer lifecycle engagements, attach recurring services to infrastructure deployments and deepen its role inside enterprise transformation programs.
