Kiteworks has launched a new Channel First Training and Certification Program aimed squarely at its global partner ecosystem. The initiative is designed to help distributors, resellers, MSPs, MSSPs, and system integrators build practical expertise around private data exchange use cases, including DSPM, CMMC 2.0, AI data governance, secure data forms, and regulated data flows. Training is delivered through the Kiteworks Partner Portal, with two certification tracks available at launch. The program is built around short, self-paced learning modules supported by an AI-powered training experience and a private LLM assistant. Partners can move through certification quickly, validate their knowledge along the way, and earn credentials that can be published directly to LinkedIn. The focus is on helping partners become customer-ready faster, with clear visibility into who is certified to sell, implement, and support the Kiteworks platform. This launch comes as private data exchange becomes a defined service opportunity rather than a background security concern. Demand is rising across DSPM, compliance-driven data controls such as CMMC 2.0, AI-related data risk, and secure intake of sensitive information through forms and APIs. These areas increasingly sit at the intersection of security, compliance, and operations, creating space for partners that can advise, deploy, and manage platforms with governance built in.The certification program is positioned as a foundation for that service motion. By standardizing training across partner tiers and pairing it with an AI assistant inside the portal, Kiteworks is signaling that enablement, speed to readiness, and repeatable delivery matter as much as technology features.
