MSP Acquired: Valeo Networks Buys Network Management Services

Valeo Networks of Scottsdale, Arizona, has acquired Eureka, California-based Network Management Services (NMS). The deal unites two managed IT services providers (MSPs). Financial terms were not released.

Valeo Networks is a division of Saalex Corporation, which acquired the company in April 2020. Valeo specializes in IT consulting, cloud migration, security, and server virtualization. Th business is a combination MSP and MSSP (managed security services provider). The NMS acquisition will add more than a dozen technicians and system administrators to Valeo, allowing it to scale its operations, the company said.

Founded in 1995, NMS provides technical help desk support, computer support, and consulting to small and midsized businesses.The NMS brand will continue to operate as a DBA Valeo Networks Company and maintain its current headquarters, the firm announced.

NMS marks the third acquisition this year for Saalex Corp.’s IT division.

The employee-owned company was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in Camarillo, California.
