Spaulding Ridge Acquires Salesforce Cloud Consultant Silvr Lining

Spaulding Ridge of Chicago, Illinois, has acquired Salesforce cloud consulting firm Silvr Lining Group of London, United Kingdom. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is technology M&A deal number 89 that ChannelE2E has covered so far in 2022, and the fourth Salesforce cloud consulting partner buyout that we've seen in recent days.

The company works with financial, sales and operations clientele to improve financial performance, boost sales productivity and drive operational efficiency. Additional Spaulding Ridge application expertise spans Anaplan, DocuSign, Coupa, OneStream, Oracle NetSuite and Snowflake data cloud.
