TD SYNNEX Updates Destination AI Program with Tools to Align Partner Strategy and Growth

TD SYNNEX has launched the next evolution of its Destination AI program, focused on helping partners move from AI exploration to execution. The update introduces new tools that connect partner capabilities to market opportunities, reflecting a broader shift in how organizations are approaching AI adoption—less about standalone solutions, more about integrated, AI-enabled outcomes.

Aligning Capabilities to Opportunity

At the center of the update is the Destination AI Solution Grid, a visual framework that helps partners match their technical skills and sales readiness with specific AI-native and AI-augmented solutions. The tool maps offerings across security, networking, cloud, and other growth areas—giving partners a structured way to prioritize where to invest and how to scale.

As AI becomes more deeply embedded across the IT stack, partners are looking for simplified ways to move from experimentation to execution. TD SYNNEX is uniquely positioned to support that shift and can connect partners with the right vendors, tools, and expertise to drive value through AI.

“The Destination AI™ Solution Grid is a prime example of that. By mapping AI-native and AI-enabled solutions alongside partners’ AI-readiness level and the solution’s sales complexities, we are demystifying the AI landscape and guiding partners toward scalable AI adoption that drives impact for their end customers,” says Ed Morales, VP, North America Vice President of AI and Digital Transformation Strategy, TD SYNNEX.

Partners are also categorized by AI maturity (Aware, Ready, Expert), with the grid acting as a bridge between their current state and future opportunity. The goal: reduce friction in go-to-market planning and provide a clearer path for building an AI practice that aligns with business goals.

Partner-First Tools and Training

TD SYNNEX is also rolling out a new AI Partner Assessment Tool for North America, helping partners evaluate where they stand and how to move forward using the Solution Grid as a guide. It's designed to simplify the entry point for partners who know AI is a priority but need help connecting strategy with execution.

“The Solution Grid is meant to help partners understand AI offerings, identify growth opportunities, and access resources to support adoption,” emphasizes Morales.

By integrating emerging AI domains like Computer Vision, Agentic AI, and Robotic Process Automation alongside AI-Enabled Security and Infrastructure solutions, it ensures comprehensive support for these technologies.

“Vendor AI solutions are also plotted on the Solution Grid by partner tier, enabling partners to easily identify which offerings align with their capabilities and are best suited for adoption and resale. Our vendor teams are building tailored enablement roadmaps—complemented by TD SYNNEX programs like the AI Practice Builder, AI Practice Accelerator and our interactive Innovation Centers and Cyber Range,” highlights Morales.

To support this shift internally, the company is investing in skills development and field alignment. A new cohort of Destination AI Champions has been trained to guide partners through the process—backed by a specialized AI curriculum that’s part of TD SYNNEX’s broader enablement efforts.

TD SYNNEX is taking a structured, pragmatic approach to scaling partner AI capabilities. The new Partner Assessment Tool maps progress across Aware, Ready, and Expert tiers and ties directly into the Destination AI Solution Grid—making it easier for partners to see where they stand and what to prioritize. Backed by trained internal AI Champions, the framework gives partners the guidance and tools needed to build momentum with AI.

Morales says, “An eight-question profile helps determine where each partner stands on their AI journey, with clear, tier-specific KPIs guiding development. Whether it's engaging in skills-building, investing in AI training, or deploying AI solutions with customers, each step is designed to match the partner’s current capabilities while encouraging steady progress toward greater AI maturity.”

Simplifying AI Execution Across the Channel

The updated Destination AI framework reflects where the market is heading. As partners look to operationalize AI across customer environments, they need a structured approach that ties technical investment to commercial outcomes. TD SYNNEX’s enhancements are built to support that—offering guidance, readiness tools, and ongoing support to help partners deliver AI with confidence.
