TD SYNNEX announced today the launch of its Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot to prepare partners to navigate AI-powered workplace productivity.

According to Gartner predictions, in just two years, generative AI will be a workforce partner for 90% of companies globally. Microsoft 365 Copilot is one avenue for partners to capitalize on this trend to help partners and their SMB customers enhance efficiency, foster innovation and boost productivity. To support this transformation, TD SYNNEX will provide resources that provide partners with early access to invaluable insights, sales and technical enablement and training as well as readiness tools and resources.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is now part of TD SYNNEX's Destination AI program, which is a comprehensive, strategic aggregation of TD SYNNEX's AI services, solutions and resources available to help partners gain a competitive edge. First launched in North America, select features of Destination AI are now also available globally, including Microsoft 365 Copilot. By adding Copilot enablement to Destination AI, customers can access enablement as well as a wide range of AI applications and services that run on Microsoft 365 and Azure, such as computer vision, natural language processing and data analytics.

The TD SYNNEX Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot includes resources and training such as Copilot Practice Builder, Customer CloudLabs Experiences, and the “Get Ready for Copilot Workshop.” Partners who complete the training can earn a badge to demonstrate their competencies around Copilot adoption. Through TD SYNNEX’s unique Microsoft partnership, partners can gain a competitive edge in the SMB market through the training and enablement provided. Copilot also includes enterprise-grade security, privacy, compliance and responsible AI to ensure all data processing happens inside a Microsoft 365 tenant—using technology Microsoft 365 customers have relied on for years.

"TD SYNNEX is committed to empowering our customers’ AI and cloud journey and helping them navigate these emerging technologies securely and efficiently. With the Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot, we provide a holistic and tailored approach that addresses the specific needs and challenges of each customer," said Sergio Farache, Chief Strategy Officer, TD SYNNEX. “Through our enablement journey and resources, we believe partners can gain a competitive edge in the rapidly growing AI market, which is currently valued at more than $530 billion.”
