RJ Young Acquires Network Consulting Firm Syndesi Solutions

Business technology solutions provider RJ Young has acquired Alabama-based Syndesi Solutions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RJ Young, founded in 1955, is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company has 664 employees listed on LinkedIn. RJ Young's areas of expertise include managed print services, document management solutions, facilities management, Canon, Ricoh, Oce'​, HP, Lexmark, Muratec, Contex, Riso, IT services, digital printing services, workflow solutions, office equipment, wide format printing, production printing, digital printing, promotional items, process automation, managed IT services, managed network services, production equipment, network security, network management and managed IT.

Syndesi Solutions, founded in 2008, is based in Athens, Alabama. The company has nine employees listed on LinkedIn. Syndesi Solutions' areas of expertise include network security, endpoint security, engineering services, device management, one-to-one deployment, helpdesk, infrastructure, networking solutions, cloud services, identity management, backup solutions, DR solutions, IT, social media, cybersecurity, business services, consulting, data security, email marketing and technology.

Syndesi Solutions’ employees will join the 650-plus RJ Young team members. All operations, area offices, and team members will remain local.

Since the launch of its technology vertical in 2019, RJ Young has grown that side of its business by 360%, according to RJ Young. Last year, RJ Young underwent a rebranding and introduced the Modern Office – the company’s concept of being a one-stop-shop for technology solutions, the company said in a statement.

The acquisition of Syndesi Solutions is part of RJ Young’s aim to strengthen its managed IT services throughout the Southeast U.S., according to the company.
