The 20 MSP has acquired Sundance Networks, marking its 49th acquisition as the Plano, Texas-based managed service provider continues expanding across the U.S. Sundance provides managed IT support, cybersecurity, and AI consulting to customers in New Mexico, Philadelphia, and New York.Sundance Networks provides managed IT support, cybersecurity services, and AI consulting to customers in New Mexico, Philadelphia, and New York. The company was founded in 2003 and has also participated in The 20’s peer group, which The 20 has used as a source for acquisition candidates across several of its recent deals. The deal adds another regional MSP to The 20’s platform while also bringing in more AI services experience. Sundance earned an AI Excellence Award earlier this year at MSP SUMMIT for its work helping customers adopt AI based on their budgets, IT environments, and compliance needs. Ryan Miller and other key Sundance team members are expected to remain with the business after the acquisition, with Miller taking a leadership role tied to AI services. The acquisition adds to The 20’s ongoing MSP rollup strategy and gives the company another regional services team with experience in cybersecurity, automation, and AI consulting. It also shows how The 20 is using its peer group as more than a partner community. The model gives the company a closer look at MSPs before a deal happens, while giving potential acquisition targets time to align around operations, service delivery, and growth priorities.
