ReachOut Technology Acquires Singer Networks

ReachOut Technology has acquired Singer Networks LLC, a managed service provider (MSP) specializing in healthcare sector solutions. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition is part of ReachOut's strategy to expand its presence in the cybersecurity and IT service market while promoting female leadership within the industry, the company said.

ReachOut Technology, founded in 2010, is based in Mokena, Illinois. The company has 21 employees listed on LinkedIn. ReachOut’s areas of expertise include IT management, cloud services, IT support, data backup services, business strategy, IT consulting, phone systems/VoIP, and cybersecurity.

Singer Networks, founded in 2002, is based in Skokie, Illinois. The company has five employees listed on LinkedIn. Singer Networks’ areas of expertise include IT project management, especially in the healthcare sector.

The acquisition is part of ReachOut's overall strategy to establish a national presence in the IT sector, especially the healthcare and nursing sectors. 

With founder Lisa Singer at the helm, Singer Networks is recognized as the first female-founded MSP in the United States, ReachOut pointed out in its announcement of the deal.

ReachOut's Background

ReachOut Technology offers cybersecurity and IT services, serving small to medium-sized businesses. The company is no stranger to M&A, having completed two deals in 2023.

In September 2023, the company bought Ind Technology, and in November 2023, it acquired RedGear, LLC, a Texas and Arizona-based company specializing in professional technology services.
