Perficient Acquires Salesforce Partner Sundog Interactive
Perficient Inc., a St. Louis, Missouri-based digital consulting firm, is acquiring Sundog Interactive Inc., a Fargo, North Dakota marketing and technology consulting firm and Salesforce partner. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Perficient is an Adobe, IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Salesforce partner with a history of acquiring companies that support its “digital transformation” offering.
Sundog, founded in 1996, originally focused on building custom websites. In 2003 the firm merged with traditional advertising firm GL Ness and began focusing on marketing. Sundog now has Salesforce consulting capabilities along with a partner relationship management (PRM) solution that extends and accelerates several Salesforce products for the manufacturing vertical, the companies say.
Sundog’s annual revenue is about $14 million, with many of the engagements involving manufacturers, the companies say. Roughly 100 of Sundog’s employees will join the Perficient — including Brent Teiken, Eric Dukart and Johnathon Rademacher moving into key roles.
