NWN has acquired InterVision Systems, a move aimed at enhancing its AI-powered services portfolio across North America. InterVision, known for its managed IT services and cloud expertise, brings new capabilities that align with NWN’s strategic focus on customer experience, cybersecurity, and intelligent infrastructure.

This acquisition broadens NWN’s reach across key U.S. regions, including the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, while strengthening its presence in public sector markets. InterVision’s strengths in AWS and Azure implementation, application modernization, and cloud lifecycle management will play a central role in supporting NWN’s AI consulting and digital transformation initiatives.

The growing demand for AI-driven IT modernization has led organizations to seek solutions that can integrate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with business-ready intelligence. InterVision's practices will enhance NWN’s ability to support hybrid and multi-cloud environments with speed and flexibility.

Incorporating InterVision’s advanced cybersecurity services also strengthens NWN’s ability to deliver threat detection, endpoint protection, and incident response. The acquisition introduces new software and services that support secure remote work and cloud-native environments. Additionally, the integration of Cisco’s AI-Ready Infrastructure Specialization positions NWN to deliver more robust intelligent infrastructure solutions across an expanded geographic footprint.

The move represents NWN’s continued investment in scaling its technology offerings under the ownership of American Securities. With the integration of InterVision, NWN is better positioned to deliver end-to-end IT solutions that help mid-market and public sector customers accelerate their cloud and AI journeys.
