Technology provider Kelley Imaging Systems is acquiring CORE Business Services for an undisclosed sum.
Montana-based Kelley is one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest independent office technology companies. The firm, founded in 1974, provides office automation services as well as a broad suite of IT solutions. It has 19 offices across Washington, Montana, and Oregon.
CORE, which operates in Oregon, launched 10 years ago and provides printer and mailing solutions, IT services, and more.
The merger will help both companies expand into their respective territories while providing their customers with additional IT services, the companies said. Kelley Imaging and CORE’s IT delivery teams are expected to grow and will “join forces,” according to the companies, creating a team of 35 people.
Kelley recently completed the acquisition of another Oregon-based MSP, ABC Office Machines in Grants Pass, Oregon.
“We are thrilled that our organizations have come together as one,” said Aric Manion, Kelley Imaging Systems President. “With CORE’s rich history in the area and great brand presence, CORE will continue to service the area under the same name and retain their local presence in the area. Customers will now just have more options for their office technology needs.”
