Insight Acquires Infocenter for ServiceNow Automation Play

To capitalize on the increasing demand for intelligent automation, Insight Enterprises has acquired Infocenter, a pure-play ServiceNow Elite Partner, adding ServiceNow consulting, implementation and managed services to its automation solutions portfolio. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Insight, founded in 1988, is based in Chandler, Arizona. The company has 16,436 associated members listed on LinkedIn. Infocenter was named the 2024 ServiceNow Americas Consulting and Implementation Partner of the Year. Infocenter implements ServiceNow capabilities for customers who are leveraging the solutions to pursue their digital transformation goals, according to a statement from the two companies. Client demand for intelligent enterprise automation continues to grow rapidly, fueling a market that’s estimated to grow to $220 billion by 2025.

Insight's clients will be able to take advantage of Infocenter’s deep ServiceNow capabilities, which the companies said complement Insight's multi-cloud capabilities around Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and private cloud infrastructure. This creates opportunities for Insight to help clients leverage generative AI and other Now® platform enhancements provided by the cloud hyperscalers.
