Inforcer Raises $35M to Help MSPs Deliver Microsoft Security and AI at Scale

Inforcer has secured $35 million in Series B funding to help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) manage and scale Microsoft environments across their SMB customers. The round, led by Dawn Capital with participation from Meritech Capital, comes just months after the company’s Series A and reflects the urgency many MSPs feel to support clients through the next wave of cloud, security, and AI adoption.

Closing the Gap Between MSPs and Microsoft

MSPs are under growing pressure to unlock more value from Microsoft’s stack. Their small business clients already pay for Microsoft 365 licenses that include advanced security and AI tools, but many of those capabilities go unused. The barrier isn’t interest, it’s complexity.

“Inforcer essentially bridges the gap between MSPs and Microsoft, helping SMBs across the globe adopt Microsoft’s enterprise-grade technologies," Will Connor, co-founder of inforcer told ChannelE2E. “Microsoft is already leading the way in delivering productivity, cloud computing, security, and AI to enterprise businesses. While 80% of SMBs already use Microsoft solutions, many of the AI and security solutions included in their existing licenses are currently underutilized due to the manual effort and management overhead required to roll them out. inforcer solves this challenge, allowing forward-thinking MSPs to unlock Microsoft’s powerful security and AI solutions for their SMB customers.”

The inforcer platform gives MSPs a centralized way to manage Microsoft 365 policies, users, alerts, and security tools across all their tenants. That kind of automation and standardization helps reduce the delivery cost of Microsoft services, while also positioning MSPs to guide clients through the shift to AI-powered infrastructure.

Shaping the Modern MSP Software Stack

Founded in 2022, inforcer has quickly become a core part of the modern MSP software stack. The company now has offices in the US, UK, Netherlands, Denmark, and Australia, and has made several strategic hires from companies like Datto, Autotask, and Kaseya.

“We closed Series B just months after Series A,” said Connor. “That’s fast, but it reflects the reality of what MSPs are facing. They’re being asked to deliver more security and more AI with fewer resources. inforcer allows MSPs to replace legacy revenue streams from server management, maintenance, patching and monitoring. It facilitates a new, modern approach to managing the tenant, where all IT administration should now be done.”

By solving the multi-tenant challenge, inforcer helps MSPs standardize their clients on the Microsoft stack and eliminate the need for third-party tools that duplicate what their clients are already paying for. This opens up a more efficient and profitable business model, especially as MSPs move away from server-based management and toward cloud-first operations.

Aligned With Microsoft, Built for MSPs

As the number of security and AI tools in Microsoft 365 grows, MSPs need more efficient ways to manage them without adding operational overhead.

“Ultimately, inforcer allows an MSP to use and proactively deliver more of the M365 security stack (Entra ID, Intune, Defender) by giving a single place to manage and monitor all of these tools across all tenants,” said Connor. “Without inforcer, MSPs often turn to third-party dashboards, which means extra service delivery costs. At the same time, MSPs still have the flexibility to use other products alongside Microsoft and inforcer if that fits their stack.”

This balance of tighter alignment with Microsoft without limiting choice, has helped inforcer stand out in a crowded field of MSP tools. For smaller MSPs with lean teams, the value is especially clear.

“As so many MSPs are adopting a cloud-first approach to their services, they need to be able to proactively manage the M365 tenant - just like they would have done with their RMM on a server,” said Connor. “Inforcer enables MSPs to massively reduce the delivery cost of Microsoft technology through multi-tenant automation, standardisation, and proactive monitoring. Securing the tenant is also a mandatory precursor to AI readiness and enablement, which we believe are huge revenue opportunities for MSPs. Inforcer can be the foundation for that journey within the Microsoft stack.”

With fresh capital and growing momentum, inforcer is doubling down on its mission to help MSPs serve SMBs more efficiently, while preparing for a future where security and AI aren’t optional, but expected
