Indicium and
Mesh-AI are partnering to create Indicium AI, a new global data and AI consultancy designed to help enterprises turn AI ambition into measurable results. Backed by Columbia Capital, the merger brings together two organizations already known for helping large enterprises modernize their data infrastructure and operationalize AI.
The combined company will operate under the new name Indicium AI beginning in early 2026, with a presence across the Americas, Europe, and Latin America. Together, they’ll serve industries where data trust, compliance, and scalability are critical, including financial services, energy, manufacturing, and retail.
Closing the Gap Between AI Innovation and Real-World Scale
AI strategy isn’t the challenge most enterprises face; execution is. Many have invested heavily in innovation labs, proofs of concept, and data science teams, only to find that scaling AI into production remains painfully slow.
“The challenge we see most often with enterprises is bridging the gap between AI innovation and real-world, scalable implementation,” said
Matheus Dellagnelo, founder and CEO of Indicium, told ChannelE2E. “They struggle with building a solid data foundation, ensuring data governance, and making AI models explainable and trustworthy. These issues slow down their AI transformation.”
Dellagnelo sees the merger as a direct answer to those pain points. Indicium AI, he explained, is purpose-built for enterprises that need a partner capable of driving both strategy and execution across global operations. “What makes Indicium AI different is that we’re specialists. We don’t just dabble in AI; we focus on transforming enterprises from the inside out. The merger with Mesh-AI gives us the scale and global expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions, from strategy through execution. So we can help our clients unlock AI’s true potential faster, with clear business outcomes and at global scale.”
This alignment creates a full-spectrum service model, combining Mesh-AI’s deep experience in enterprise data strategy with Indicium’s hands-on execution in AI engineering, governance, and deployment. Together, they aim to move clients beyond experimentation and into continuous, measurable value creation.
Responsible AI, Powered by Deep Partnerships
As AI adoption accelerates, enterprises are grappling with how to balance innovation with accountability. Indicium AI’s approach is to embed responsibility into every stage of the data and AI lifecycle — from how data is collected and governed to how models are trained, deployed, and monitored.
“What sets us apart is our focus on both the technology and the business outcomes,” Dellagnelo said. “We are a specialized, pure-play modern data company - the only one with the level of relationships and industry-leading partnerships with Databricks, AWS, OpenAI, and Anthropic. This specialization allows us to deliver AI solutions that are not only technologically advanced, but also responsible, explainable, and tailored specifically to the business needs of our clients.”
That partnership network isn’t just about access to technology; it’s about building the right foundation for enterprise-scale AI. “We help our clients build an AI-native culture that leads with responsibility at every stage, from data preparation to model deployment,” Dellagnelo explained. “Our strength lies in integrating the best technologies with the strategic needs of the business, ensuring real impact and long-term value.”
Expanding Opportunities for Ecosystem and Channel Partners
Indicium AI’s global scale also opens new doors for technology and channel partners building AI-driven solutions on platforms like Databricks and AWS. Dellagnelo called the merger “a huge win for our channel and ecosystem partners,” pointing to the expanded reach, technical depth, and delivery capacity now available under a single brand.
“With the combined strength of both companies, we now have more reach, more expertise, and more resources to deliver top-tier AI solutions to our clients at scale,” he said. “For partners working on platforms like Databricks and AWS, this means more opportunities to collaborate on large, complex projects. As we scale, our partners will be able to leverage our global footprint and industry-leading capabilities to meet that demand. We’ll continue to co-sell, collaborate on joint offerings, and bring real value to clients, helping our partners grow right alongside us.”
This partner-first mindset reflects a broader industry shift: AI transformation can’t happen in isolation. Enterprises need a strong ecosystem of technology providers, consultancies, and integration partners working in sync, and Indicium AI aims to be the connective tissue that brings it all together.
Indicium AI will launch in Q1 2026, uniting more than 600 specialists under one global banner. For Dellagnelo, the mission is clear: to make enterprise AI tangible, trustworthy, and transformative. Indicium AI enters the market not as another consultancy, but as a focused partner built to help enterprises move past experimentation and embrace AI as an operational advantage with clarity, speed, and accountability at every step.
