Fastek Services has acquired fellow Kentucky-based IT solutions firm Integranetics for an undisclosed amount.

Since the 1980s, Integranetics has provided network consulting and integration services to the Owensboro region of Kentucky. The company and its clients will be incorporated into Fastek’s day-to-day operations, Fastek announced.
Fastek was founded in 2014. The company says this acquisition is the next step toward better serving businesses in the area.
