Evergreen Acquires Oracle NetSuite Partner KES

Evergreen has acquired KES, a player in the Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider and implementation sector. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Evergreen, founded in 2017, is headquartered in San Francisco, California. The PE firm has 80 employees listed on LinkedIn. Evergreen previously acquired i-Tech Support in January 2024.

KES, founded in 1996, is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company has 22 employees listed on LinkedIn. KES’s areas of expertise include Service Industries, Accounting and Financial Reporting, Financial Management Reporting, Revenue Management, Backoffice Systems, NetSuite, NetSuite Solution Provider, Accounting Software, ERP, ERP Software, QuickBooks, Technology, and Customer Portal. 

KES was previously part of KraftCPAs PLLC but rebranded as KES Systems Solutions, LLC. It will continue its operations within Evergreen's ERP partner portfolio, Pine Services Group, the firm said. 

With this deal, Evergreen now owns over 85 software and services companies and is part o the firm’s strategy to enhance its capabilities and reach in the ERP market.
