They will operate under the name MRW Systems: A CompassMSP Company and will continue to be led by former CEO Michael Wolinski as general manager, Compass MSP announced.
MRW Systems has worked with the SMB market in the Baltimore metro area for more than two decades. The MRW Systems team will join CompassMSP’s mid-Atlantic region, led by regional vice president Tom Praschak in Princeton, New Jersey, the company said.
The acquisition enhances CompassMSP’s ability to serve clients located between New York City and Washington, D.C., according to the company.
CompassMSP Acquires MRW Systems: Executive Insight
Michael Wolinski, general manager, MRW Systems commented:
“We are extremely proud of what we built since we started MRW Systems in 1997. However, after nearly 25 years, we recognized the value of a partnership with a larger community of experienced IT professionals like CompassMSP. Through this merger, we will be able to offer even more to our clients and expand opportunities for our amazing team. We are delighted to become part of CompassMSP and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish in the coming years.”
Ari Santiago, CEO, CompassMSP, said:
“I’m excited that MRW Systems has joined the CompassMSP family; it is a great fit for everyone involved. CompassMSP grows stronger, the team at MRW has a bigger platform for growth, and MRW System’s clients gain greater resources and capabilities. Through this process, I’ve come to know Michael and his team and have been very impressed by him and his business. Their focus on responsive service and high-end data security solutions makes MRW Systems a great provider for growing organizations that depend on secure and strong technology.”
