Coming Soon: Cork Cyber Warranty for Liongard MSP Partners

Starting November 15, 2023, Liongard MSP partners can offer the Cork cyber warranty to small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, according to the companies.

These partners can purchase Liongard's continuous change detection and response (CCDR) platform and Cork's cyber warranty platform together and receive $100,000 of cyber warranty coverage, the businesses noted.

Liongard MSP Partners Can Secure SMB Environments

Liongard's MSP partners can use the company's CCDR platform to deliver continuous cybersecurity posture management to safeguard customer environments, minimize downtime and drive growth, the business said.

At the same time, they will be able to utilize Cork's risk management capabilities to monitor, detect and remediate cyber risks across customer environments, Cork indicated.

Cork Expands Access to Its Cyber Warranty Platform

Cybercrime is evolving, and MSPs must "remain vigilant in protecting sensitive information for their SMB customers," said Carlson Choi, Cork's CEO. Now, by partnering with Liongard, more SMBs than ever before can access Cork's cyber warranty platform, Choi pointed out.

In addition, the Liongard partnership highlights Cork's commitment to MSPs, Choi indicated. This partnership also empowers MSPs to use its platform to "become the cybersecurity and cyberattack prevention arm for their customers," Choi stated.

Cork Extends Its Reach Across North America

The Liongard-Cork news comes after Cork generally released its platform to MSPs in the United States on November 1, 2023.

Previously, Cork in October 2023 launched an early access program for MSPs in Canada. This program gives Canadian MSPs access to Cork's platform, which they can use to supplement their existing cyber insurance policies or utilize as a standalone cyber warranty solution, the company said.

MSPs Show Interest in Cork's Cyber Warranty Platform

Cork initially launched an early access program for channel partners in June 2023. This program reached full capacity (with more than 300 MSPs) within three weeks of its launch.

With Cork's cyber warranty platform, an MSP can use its own remote monitoring and management (RMM) technology across its security stack, Choi told ChannelE2E in July 2023. If an MSP adds endpoint detection and response (EDR) and other security technologies to its stack, the service provider can receive a rebate from Cork.

Cork is backed by channel icon Austin McChord and other investors. The company looks poised to continue to explore MSP partnership opportunities as it looks to further extend its reach.
