Columbus Acquires Microsoft Dynamics Partner Tridea

Columbus Global has acquired Tridea Partners, a Microsoft Dynamics partner with ERP and CRM expertise in such vertical markets as food and beverage, and life sciences. The deal, confirmed today, is the seventh acquisition for Columbus since 2015. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Tridea, which launched in 2004, has grown to 29 employees and more than 200 customers in the western United States. Tridea, based in San Diego, Calif,  will now operate under the name Tridea - a Columbus company.

Columbus has made at least seven acquisitions since early 2015, including deals for CRM and ERP consulting firms, hosting companies and cloud specialists across Europe and the United states. The other most recent deal, announced in December 2016, involved Cambridge Online Systems, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 channel partner based in the United Kingdom.

Columbus now has more than 300 employees and 27 offices across the United States.
