RFA has launched a next-generation managed services platform that embeds AI-driven automation, monitoring and analytics across cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and IT operations. The company, which serves financial institutions including hedge funds, private equity firms and asset managers, said the platform is designed to improve service delivery in regulated environments where security, compliance and operational demands continue to grow.

The platform is backed by Titan, RFA’s AI operating system, and uses AI agents to gather diagnostics, correlate signals across systems and handle repetitive work within the ticket queue. RFA engineers remain involved in validating findings and determining the appropriate response. The company is also rolling out a redesigned customer portal with a security dashboard, live chat for ticket submissions and a clearer view of billing.

RFA is also introducing Managed AI Services to help financial firms deploy and govern tools built on platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot. The offering covers AI strategy, implementation, governance, cost controls, connector development and custom AI agents. RFA is positioning the service around practical use cases such as investment research and document review, while giving clients visibility into usage and controls around sensitive data.

The launch follows RFA’s move into Titan in 2025 and comes alongside several leadership appointments, including David Andrade as president, Steve Schoener as chief operating officer, Bill Ercolano as chief technology officer and Tim Kennedy as chief revenue officer. For RFA, the broader shift is about building AI into the delivery model itself, while keeping human oversight in place for decisions that carry security, compliance and business risk.
