iYogi must pay OneCall $160,206.94, according to a United States District Court summary judgment, according to legal documents viewed by ChannelE2E. This is the second recent summary judgment against iYogi, an embattled IT services provider that has faced multiple lawsuits alleging breach of contract.OneCall filed suit against iYogi in February 2016, alleging the IT services provider didn't pay overdue invoices from OneCall. The two companies apparently explored a settlement in April 2016 but no such deal ever materialized.OneCall pursued a summary judgment against iYogi, which a United States District Court granted on October 14. Under terms of the judgment, OneCall may collect $145,270 from iYogi plus $14, 936.94 in prejudgment interest, the court ruled. It's unclear if iYogi will appeal the ruling.In a similar case, a judge in September 2016 ruled iYogi must pay Tata $1.24 million. Additional cases against the IT services provider are still pending.
