Infinite Blue Acquires Groupdolists

Infinite Blue is a software solutions provider that helps enterprise customers with threat intelligence via a low-code platform so they can better plan for and recover from disruptions like fires, natural disasters, security breaches, global pandemics and other scenarios, according to the company.

Meanwhile, Groupdolists develops BC in the Cloud, an incident and crisis management response platform that helps customers plan, prepare, test, manage, and notify teams how to respond to any potential business disruption.

Groupdolists automatically documents all information and activity, which aids both response management and after-action planning, the company claims. More than 500,000 users leverage the software, the firm also states.
