Dosal and his family have launched, built and sold a range of companies within and around the IT service provider market. In 2012 his family (him, father, brother) sold the MSP portion of an IT consulting business to All Covered. Dosal will share key learnings from that deal. He'll also touch on best practices for managing and transitioning family-owned businesses.

2. Mark Kruger, CEO, Voitual 5.24

Mark's IT services business — which offers cloud hosted unified communications — was acquired in March 2016. It's now owned and operated by Diverse Technology Solutions of New York. He'll share details.

3. Chris Wiser, MSP Channel Chief, Neverfail (formerly Artisan)

Chris previously ran his own MSP and has extensive M&A experience, and Neverfail has also been involved in two M&A deals in recent months.

4. PJ Piojda, Director of HR and Administration, Wheelhouse IT

Knox sold his MSP earlier this year to focus full-time on Passportal.

5. Colin Knox, CEO, Passportal

The MSP just acquired Untangled Solutions, a healthcare-focused IT service provider.
