CentriLogic, backed by private equity firms TriSpan Opportunities Fund and Long Point Capital, acquires Microsoft Azure cloud partner ObjectSharp for an undisclosed sum.

This is CentriLogic's second acquisition of 2020. Moreover, this is M&A deal number 186 that ChannelE2E has covered so far in 2020. The pace of deals has slowed a bit since the coronavirus pandemic emerged, but overall M&A activity remains reasonably steady. See the complete M&A deal list here.

Founded in 2001, ObjectSharp provides cloud-native development and application services for Microsoft Azure. The deal empowers CentriLogic to help customers create, re-factor and re-architect applications for the cloud, the buyer said.
