Zero Trust Vendor Keeper Security Delivering New Partner Program Benefits for MSPs

Innovative access control system with biometric authentication, secure data storage, and permission management features, providing a comprehensive solution for safeguarding sensitive information

To enhance recurring revenue for its MSP partners, cybersecurity vendor Keeper Security updated its partner program last month with new tiered discounts based on annual sales and certifications, as well as additional marketing support and expanded market development funds.

Central to Keeper Security's 2026 MSP partner program is its KeeperPAM AI-enabled, cloud-native privileged access management platform. KeeperPAM is built to provide zero-trust encryption to protect the privileged accounts, credentials, secrets and remote access of users, devices and infrastructure across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments. Designed to install, deploy and scale quickly, KeeperPAM aims to simplify zero-trust security delivery for customers and partners without requiring multiple tools, VPNs or complex infrastructure, according to the company.

The new Keeper Security partner program establishes four partner tiers—Authorized, Silver, Gold and Platinum—to deliver discounts based on annualized global revenue and certification achievements by member partners. Expanded market development fund (MDF) support will be available to partners to provide broader training and assistance to help them build new demand for KeeperPAM services and promote additional go-to-market efforts.

In addition to the new tier structure, partners can now access dedicated MSP account management and regional channel marketing managers to help grow their businesses. Partners will also benefit from Keeper's continued investments in its Keeper Academy sales enablement services, which provide certifications across pre-sales, sales, and product and service deployments for customers. Certifications include Keeper MSP Pro, Sales Professional, Demo Expert and KeeperPAM Implementation, which are designed to streamline sales cycles and scale delivery for partners.

Eric Kalseth, senior director of global MSP sales for Keeper Security, told ChannelE2E that the partner program updates were created through direct feedback from strategic MSPs and industry experts.

"Our partners have needed this change," said Kalseth. "The MSP landscape has evolved and we saw a clear opportunity to modernize our program to better support how MSPs operate today. This update reflects a more contemporary approach that aligns with MSP business models, service delivery expectations and customer demand."

The new Keeper Security MSP partner program automatically enrolled existing partners and is available now to new MSP partners.

"For MSPs, this program creates a clearer path to recurring revenue with stronger margins, better enablement and a PAM solution that is designed for real-world deployment," said Kalseth. "For customers, it means greater access to enterprise-grade, zero-trust privileged access management delivered by trusted service providers, without the cost or complexity of legacy PAM tools."

For partners, the biggest change to the company's partner program is the higher levels of Keeper Security investment and enablement available to help participating MSPs grow, he said.

"The 2026 partner program significantly expands partner enablement, increases investment in the MSP community, introduces stronger market development fund support and aggressive partnership discounting," said Kalseth. "Just as importantly, it is built around a modern PAM platform that disrupts legacy solutions, making it easier for MSPs to sell, deploy and scale privileged access security."

KeeperPAM secures passwords and passkeys, infrastructure secrets, remote connections and endpoints using role-based enforcement policies, least privilege and just-in-time access, according to the company.

"As we look to 2026, our focus is on delivering a best-in-class partner experience, improving partner profitability and establishing Keeper as the gold standard for vendors supporting the MSP community," said Kalseth.
