Xperience Group, a digital solutions specialist, has acquired GCC Group Limited (GCC), expanding its expertise in Business Applications Solutions (ERP and CRM) and Managed IT Services. Financial information about the deal was not disclosed.

Growth and Expansion

The acquisition of GCC is a strategic step for Xperience, marking its first acquisition since the investment from Bowmark Capital and its third in two years. Xperience has seen substantial growth over the past two years, with its headcount increasing to over 230 employees and client numbers reaching 1,400. The company's turnover now exceeds £30 million.

The addition of GCC to Xperience's portfolio is expected to reinforce its presence across the UK, including offices in Peterborough, Bury St Edmunds, Glasgow, Lisburn, London, and Gloucester. Post-acquisition, GCC will operate under the Xperience brand, the company said.
