VC3 Acquires GO Concepts, Expanding Managed IT Services Reach

VC3, a managed service provider, announced the acquisition of GO Concepts, a provider of managed IT services, business continuity, cybersecurity solutions, and cloud services in Ohio. The acquisition aims to deepen VC3's Midwestern presence, according to the company. Financial information was not disclosed.

VC3, founded in 1994, is based in Columbia, South Carolina. The company has 496 employees listed on LinkedIn. VC3’s areas of expertise include managed support services, hosted desktop, hosted and on-premises voice, vCIO services, e-government, website design, cloud-based backups, Cisco, Microsoft, network design, hosting services, data center services, SharePoint and application development.

GO Concepts, founded in 1997, is based in Lebanon, Ohio. The company has 29 employees listed on LinkedIn. GO Concepts’ areas of expertise include IT solutions for County Boards, Agencies, and Independent Providers for people with developmental disabilities in Ohio.

VC3's M&A Activity

VC3 is no stranger to acquisitions. In September 2022, it acquired Accent Computer Solutions. In January 2022, VC3 acquired Canadian IT management and consulting firm CompuVision and CW Technology, a Minnesota-based IT management provider.

In July 2020, the firm acquired Sophicity for an undisclosed amount. And in November 2019, VC3 acquired masterIT, a Memphis, Tennessee-based managed IT service provider.
