5. Datto Data Center Expansion: Datto has selected Aligned Energy's Salt Lake Metro data center for expanded data center services. Instead of leveraging the public cloud, Datto has built out its global data protection platform in third-party data centers.

6. Barracuda MSP - Global Momentum: Barracuda’s billings for MSP security solutions outside North America increased 249 percent year over year, as of October 2019, the company disclosed.

Bots  and Automation - AntWorks Momentum: AntWorks in 2019 tripled its headcount and grew to more than 500 people across the globe in countries including Australia, Canada, Dubai, France, India, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, UK and the US. The company's flagship product, ANTstein SQUARE, an Integrated Automation Platform (IAP) that enables enterprises to automate end-to-end business processes, the company asserts.

8. IT Service Management (ITSM): Qualtrics has unveiled EmployeeXM for IT, an experience management solution designed to improve help desk interactions.

9. Patch Management: TeamViewer's Monitoring & Asset Management product now features Patch Management capabilities.
