3. M&A - Incident Detection and Response: CyberProof, a UST Global company, has acquired Necsia Cybersecurity, a security provider in Spain and security division of Necsia Group.
4. Data Protection - Business Momentum: Druva's annual recurring revenue (ARR) has surpassed $100 million, and revenue has nearly tripled over the past three years, the cloud data protection company says. Still, the privately held unicorn did not disclose its profit/loss figures and competition with a range of data backup companies surely remains intense, ChannelE2E believes.
5. Business Expansion - IT Consulting: West Monroe Partners has signed a long-term lease in New York. The firm plans to grow its local workforce five-fold by 2025, from 125 employees to 750. Wesst Monroe will focus on the region’s upper-mid-market and Fortune 1000 firms.
