TD SYNNEX Launches Partner Loyalty Program to Drive Growth and Engagement

TD SYNNEX has introduced a new Partner Loyalty program in North America, aiming to deepen partner engagement and incentivize long-term growth through a structured rewards framework tied to technology adoption, training, and go-to-market collaboration.

Fueling Growth Through Targeted Support

The Partner Loyalty program is structured to help solution providers scale their business by aligning incentives with TD SYNNEX’s Advanced Solutions portfolio—spanning AI, infrastructure, cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity. The program uses a tiered model to connect partners with curated sales tools, training opportunities, and go-to-market support based on their unique capabilities and business size.

This initiative responds to findings in TD SYNNEX’s latest Direction of Technology report, which shows a majority of partners are prioritizing solution expansion as a key growth lever. The program is available at no additional cost to eligible partners and will expand to a broader partner base later in the year.

Centralized Platform for Real-Time Incentive Management

A key feature of the rollout is the Partner Loyalty digital platform—a centralized hub integrated into existing partner accounts. It enables real-time tracking of incentive progress and offers streamlined access to commonly used resources, tools, and support services.

"We recognize that every partner is on a different journey which is why we built this program to accommodate partners no matter where they are on that journey or how they go to market. We incentivize a variety of milestones to benefit partners across all specializations. We design custom dashboard views for every partner based on their needs and growth," says Calhoun McKinney, VP, North America Go-To-Market, TD SYNNEX. 

The platform is designed not only to reward current partner engagement, but also to motivate future activities aligned with mutual business growth. These include onboarding new technology vendors, attending events, and participating in enablement programs.

Rewarding Participation Across Key Business Areas

The current benefit structure reflects TD SYNNEX’s focus on driving value across the partner ecosystem. Available incentives include:

  • Complimentary market development funds (MDF)
  • StreamOne® account credits for new or existing subscriptions
  • Training and certification programs to build workforce skills
  • Travel credits and access to exclusive industry event experiences
  • Preferred financing terms through TD SYNNEX Capital and Amplify
  • As the program matures, the range of eligible activities and associated incentives is expected to grow.

    McKinney emphasizes, "When we built the qualifying thresholds for this program, we took that into account. We do not just base qualifications on revenue volume. We assess partners holistically. We specifically look for specializations and diversification of portfolio, as well as partners who are prioritizing partnership with TD SYNNEX. We are working with all tiers of interested partners to design a path to eligibility."

    The Partner Loyalty program was formally introduced during TD SYNNEX’s 2025 High-Growth Conference in Los Angeles following a pilot with selected partners. Early feedback from participants has shaped the program’s design and confirmed its value in simplifying partner engagement and accelerating outcomes.
