Pax8 is adding MSP-as-a-Service, backed by NOCDOC, to its marketplace through a new go-to-market partnership aimed at helping managed service providers expand operations without adding more internal headcount. The partnership now brings NOCDOC’s white-labeled service desk, NOC, SOC, and technical support capabilities into the Pax8 Marketplace, giving Pax8 partners access to operational support services built for MSP delivery. The move comes as many MSPs are dealing with familiar pressure points: labor shortages, rising service complexity, tool sprawl, and tighter margins. By bringing MSP-aaS into the Pax8 ecosystem, the companies are giving partners a way to add back-end delivery capacity while keeping control of the customer relationship. Services delivered through NOCDOC will be white-labeled, so MSPs can use the support infrastructure behind the scenes while continuing to own the front-end customer experience. For Pax8, the partnership adds another operational layer to its marketplace model. Pax8 already serves more than 47,000 IT partners and 800,000 SMBs, and this relationship gives those partners a new way to source service delivery support alongside cloud, AI and technology solutions. The Pax8 help desk will also be powered by NOCDOC and made available to Pax8 partners, with U.S.-based support included as part of the offering. Many providers want to grow managed services, cybersecurity support and technical operations, but building a 24/7 service desk, NOC or SOC requires people, process and investment that not every MSP can carry on its own. The MSP-aaS model gives partners a more flexible path to scale delivery, improve consistency and protect margins while demand for outsourced IT and security support continues to grow.
