TD SYNNEX Expands AWS Collaboration to Empower SMB and Mid-Market Partners in the Americas

TD SYNNEX has signed a new strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (AWS) that extends their partnership into North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The agreement is designed to accelerate AI adoption, drive cloud migration and modernization, and open more opportunities in the AWS Marketplace for partners across the region.

Faster Cloud and AI Expansion

The new collaboration provides investment resources that make it easier for small and mid-market partners to access AWS services through TD SYNNEX. This means faster paths to expand cloud and AI offerings, simplified entry into AWS Marketplace programs for independent software vendors (ISVs), and better ways to monetize solutions while reaching new customers.

Jan de Kok, VP, Global AWS Lead & FinOps Go-to-Market at TD SYNNEX told ChannelE2E how the Americas-focused agreement compares with the company’s existing European SCA:

“While both agreements share the same overarching goal - to enable partners to grow their cloud practice while adopting leading AWS solutions and driving business outcomes - they are each tailored to fit regional needs. In the Americas, we’re putting a sharper focus on AI adoption, cloud migration, modernization, and helping partners scale through AWS Marketplace. It’s especially geared toward SMB and mid-market partners. In Europe, the emphasis is on SMB and public sector growth, with additional focus areas like managed and migration services. The structure and level of investment are consistent across both, with joint initiatives designed to simplify access to AWS and accelerate partner success.”

TD SYNNEX already has a similar agreement in Europe, and this expansion reflects the global strength of its relationship with AWS.

Building on AWS Expertise

TD SYNNEX is a long-time AWS partner with multiple competencies and specializations, including Migration and Modernization, Education and Government, Cloud Operations, and Managed Services. The company also holds delivery designations for Amazon EC2 for Windows Server and Amazon RDS.

Through its global cloud platform, StreamOne, TD SYNNEX provides partners with end-to-end AWS management, procurement options for AWS Marketplace, and tools to optimize AWS consumption. Initiatives like Destination AI, Cloud Labs, and the AI Accelerator Practice Builder further support partners by offering technical training, go-to-market support, and enablement programs to scale their AI and cloud practices.

Partner Benefits

The agreement aims to help partners tackle the real challenges of modernization - tight budgets, rapidly changing AI technologies, and complex marketplace environments. By combining AWS innovation with TD SYNNEX’s service-led expertise, partners can accelerate digital transformation, strengthen their AI practices, and unlock new business opportunities.

Looking ahead, de Kok highlighted what SMB and mid-market partners can expect over the next 12 to 18 months:

“Partners can expect a more streamlined path to building, launching and scaling AWS-based solutions, especially across AI and cloud modernization. We’re expanding key programs like Destination AI, Cloud Labs and Practice Builder to give partners the technical support, training and go-to-market tools they need to succeed in growing their AWS practice. Partners can also expect easier access to AWS Marketplace through our StreamOne platform, which helps simplify procurement and unlock new revenue opportunities with features like private offers and SaaS quick launches. We’re also backing this with dedicated resources, co-selling incentives and technical training to help partners take full advantage of this moment and accelerate growth.”

For ISVs, the collaboration simplifies how they bring solutions to market, reach more customers, and shorten the path from development to revenue. For partners across Latin America and the Caribbean, it brings new investment and resources that can fuel business growth.

This latest step reinforces TD SYNNEX’s position in the AWS ecosystem and extends its ability to support partners across the Americas. By connecting more organizations with AWS services, TD SYNNEX is helping them modernize faster and expand into new areas of cloud and AI innovation.
