Sierra Digital -- an SAP, Microsoft and Qualtrics application partner -- has acquired Stonebridge Consulting, a privately held technology solutions provider for the energy industry. Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Sierra Digital of Houston, Texas, focuses on such vertical markets as utilities, public sector, oil and gas, chemicals, manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail. The company has 350 counsultants worldwide; four delivery centers in the U.S. and India; and 90 active clients, according to Sierra Digital's website.
Meanwhile, Stonebridge of Tulsa, Oklahoma, helps energy companies increase business efficiency and shrink operational costs, the seller says.
Sierra Digital Acquires Stonebridge Consulting: Software Expertise
Both IT consulting companies have deep software and automation expertise.
Sierra, founded in 2002 develops OhZone, a cloud-based workflow platform augmented with automation, analytics, and XM capabilities. OhZone can reduce project spend by 50% while helping people work smarter, more efficiently, and with superior customer focus, Sierra Digital CEO Senthil Kumar asserts.
Sierra also has SAP software expertise that spans:
- RE-FX, an operating and finance lease management solution
- Analytics Cloud for business intelligence, augmented analytics, and planning
- S/4HANA Cloud Finance
- Migrations to Microsoft Azure cloud
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Application Management Services.
Also, Sierra supports Qualtrics -- an experience management platform that allows customers to gather, analyze and act on core business data. SAP acquired Qualtrics in 2019 and then spun Qualtrics out as an IPO in 2021.
Meanwhile, Stonebridge promotes Peloton Ready and other product lines that speed solution delivery and optimize data value, the seller says. Stonebridge's overall service catalog spans:
