Red Level Networks, a Novi, Michigan-based IT services and consulting firm has acquired the Grand Rapids business and technology consultancy firm C/D/H.

Red Level is a preferred partner of Microsoft, Dell, and VMware, and provides custom application development, business analytics, and collaboration tools throughout Michigan.

The business will continue operating under the Red Level moniker, though it will continue to leverage the C/D/H brand. The firm now has a total of 54 employees; 37 from Red Level and 17 from C/D/H, though a spokesperson for Red Level tells ChannelE2E that “both companies are actively recruiting for open positions.

“C/D/H has an outstanding reputation for providing the best IT services and consulting throughout Michigan for the past 30 years, and Red Level is excited to build upon that strong base,” said Red Level CEO David King. “We expect this partnership will create new business in new areas, which will lead to increased hiring and continued growth.”

C/D/H was founded in 1990, offering technical solutions and expertise in custom software and application development, and Microsoft solutions.

C/D/H Vice President Mark Becker will join Red Level as Senior Vice President of Business Development and continue to lead the Grand Rapids office. He plans to guide Red Level’s service expansion into application development, mobile development, business process automation, and other areas, the company said.

Red Level is predicting an annual growth rate of 25 percent. The company is a Microsoft Partner with five Gold and four Silver Competencies.
