RackWare, a company specializing in hybrid cloud management solutions, has unveiled its new RackWare PartnerConnect channel program.
The initiative is designed to support IT solutions providers, managed service providers (MSPs), and value-added resellers (VARs) in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. The program aims to help partners meet growing demands for efficient cloud migration and disaster recovery services.
In conjunction with the launch, RackWare announced the promotion of Colby Calonica to Vice President of Global Sales, Channels, and Alliances.

- Silver Tier: This entry-level partnership is designed for new partners or those who have not yet met higher-tier requirements. It includes access to RackWare's partner portal, sales and marketing support, and comprehensive product training.
- Gold Tier: Intermediate partners in this tier receive enhanced support, advanced training, priority deal registration, and eligibility for additional incentives.
- Platinum Tier: Representing the highest level of partnership, Platinum Tier partners enjoy premium support, exclusive training programs, strategic collaboration opportunities, and top-tier incentives.
These tiers are structured to motivate partners to align their goals with RackWare's growth objectives and to reward them for their achievements within the PartnerConnect program.
